How It Works

We don't charge for travel within a 15 mile radius, anything over will incur an additional charge of 50p per mile.

4 / Make Your Decisions
Once you’ve received our menus, please get back to us with your selections. If you have any questions in the meantime, feel free to ask—we’re always happy to help!
To confirm your event, we require a £20 per person deposit along with your menu choices. This deposit is payable immediately via Bank Transfer.
5 / Payment & Cancellation Terms
Seven days prior to your event, we will issue an invoice for the remaining balance. From this point onward, no further changes to your booking can be made. Please ensure full payment is completed at least three days before the event.
Payments can be made via Bank Transfer only.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation charges apply for any confirmed bookings as follows:

Within 14 days of the event: 25% of the quoted price

Within 7 days of the event: 50% of the quoted price
